Southern Institute Conference

United Way Association of South Carolina and United Way of North Carolina are pleased to offer you The Southern Institute Conference.  More than 250 United Way staff from several states are expected to gather for training and networking, along with best idea sharing.  

The Southern Institute Conference goals are to:

  • Provide professional development opportuniites for local United Way staff that will positively impact United Way's work.
  • Expose United Way leaders to proven best practices and thought leaders from across the country to stimulate conversation around solutions.
  • Inform United Way leaders of potential partnerships with businesses and organization that can support their work, enhance their outcomes, and provide new ideas for problem-solving.
  • Influence thinking and action so that new strategies are embraced for progressive and successful community investment.
  • Inspire conference participants to return to their work renewed and motivated.

Registration cost:

  • $370.00 Now through April 24
  • $425.00 April 24 through May 15

(*Registration cost includes added one-day workshop: The Campaign for Grade-Level Reading - Breakfast and Lunch Provided)

Hotel cost is paid by participants.  A $6.00/day parking fee is covered in your registration fee for 2 days.
